Have you ever wasted a gym membership before? I think there’s tons of us that have probably done it at one time in our lives.
And I almost ended up doing it again.
A couple of months of back I signed up for the gym. It’s right down the street from me. I even went pretty religiously for the first couple of weeks.
Then slowly, without even realizing it, I started to make excuses and let things get in the way of me going to the gym.
But a couple of weeks back I decided to change that. I was determined to make going to the gym part of my weekly routine again. But I knew that I had to sort of trick myself into getting there.
So I created a plan. Something to ease me back into going to the gym.
