Good points.
In my work as a burgeoning Life Coach, as we have introduced the concept of "Principled" businesses, that are beyond just values based, which is better that a corporate culture without values, but still too subjective. Universal Principals was introduced, but was also quite difficult to explain.
To airy ferry for some, I dunno, but I think we were on the right track ,just need to further develop it. It did raise some eyebrows tho.
Stephen Covey has a handle on the theme and as we look at NLP, the Grow Model and other modalities, they are great in eliciting values but we need to proceed deeper, Principles beyond Personalities is key. Peer support will grow as more folks get it, and share it by example.
