I came upon a blog last year that suggested, instead of picking a 'New Years Resolution', pick a word. An inspirational word, that you can refer to throughout your year. Last year i choose courage. So whenever I was in a position to make a decision i reflected on the word 'courage' and was able to make the right choice. I left my job and started a home business! I haven't decided what word I will choose this year, maybe 'humour', or 'determination'. Whatever i decide on, I have found that the power of this one word is incredible.
