Thanks Tara for the great reply! Amazing idea.

One word. Nice and simple. Could be a good exercise to meditate on this and see what bubbles to the surface for the new year.

Maybe even set the intention with something like, "In this moment I know that I am nurtured within the immensity of existence. I take this time now to connect with myself and all of life. Infinite wisdom pours through me and I open myself up to be inspired by source energy. I trust that I will be blessed now with the perfect word that will guide me to reveal ever greater aspects of myself for the coming new year."

Thanks for the inspiration Tara!

I appriciate your suggestions, wise and insightful. I came upon a blog last year that suggested, instead of picking a 'New Years Resolution', pick a word. An inspirational word, that you can refer to throughout your year. Last year i choose courage. So whenever I was in a position to make a decision i reflected on the word 'courage' and was able to make the right choice. I left my job and started a home business! I haven't decided what word I will choose this year, maybe 'humour', or 'determination'. Whatever i decide on, I have found that the power of this one word is incredible. It is a simple reminder for you to look to throughout the year.
